We are proud to announce that SWAP Internal Audit Services has been awarded Silver in Mind’s Workplace Wellbeing Awards 2020-2021.
A Silver award means we are making demonstrable achievements in promoting staff mental health, taking action across a number of key areas and demonstrating impact. Our own views and experiences were key to ensuring we created a positive culture around mental health and support everyone's wellbeing.
By participating in Mind’s Workplace Wellbeing Index, we have made a long-term commitment to supporting the mental wellbeing of our staff. Going forward, we will be reviewing the findings from our report and developing a plan for implementing the key recommendations.
Our involvement in Mind’s Workplace Wellbeing Index means we are contributing towards cutting edge research on workplace wellbeing. We are on a journey towards a better way of working where supporting the mental health of all our colleagues is part of everyday business.
